This Mark E Industries Shower Seat is a heavy duty stay-in-place molded plastic form that is easily installed, and can be tiled the same day. It is a standard 30" wide, and has guide marks on the top surface to make it easy to trim the seat to 24" wide. The front face has a 3/16"
wide tile support ledge for easier tile alignment and full tile support.
Two level vials are supplied to indicate the proper minimum water drainage slope of 1/4" per 12" run.
Capacity is 400 lbs.
Screws, anchors and shims (to adjust for out of square walls, if necessary) and illustrated installation instructions are included.

Quick Pitch Kit
Mark E Industries Quick Pitch is a revolutionary new product that completely changes the way in which a mortar bed is installed. In order to install a proper shower floor, the base of the shower has to have a proper slope for drainage. With Quick Pitch this is easily accomplish-able. This kit is for standard 36” x 60” shower areas with a centered drain, or custom shower areas where the drain is within 36” of each wall. Included in each package is one each Center Ring and 6 each Standard Float Sticks (1” to 1 3/4” taper x 36” long) that attach in any of the 24 slots on the Center Ring.

These Mark E Industries Extended Float Sticks (1 3/4” to 2 1/2” taper x 36” long) attach to the 1 3/4” end of the Standard Float Sticks. They are
for use in shower areas where the walls are more than 36” (but less than 72”) from the floor drain. Sold 4 each per package.

Pre-Pitch Kit
The Mark E Industries Pre-Pitch™ is a unique, stay in place screeding tool designed for use Underneath shower pan liners. The first product to be installed, Pre-Pitch creates the proper sub floor pitch (1/4” per 12” run) needed to direct water flow towards the weep holes that are an integral part of shower floor drains. By having a pitch under the pan liner, water that passes through the mud bed is now directed to the weep holes instead of being trapped between the mud bed and the liner where many mold and mildew related issues originate. The plastic Pre-Pitch sticks have holes in their vertical web which helps to act as reinforcement and are easily cut with a hacksaw, PVC cutter or dry diamond blade.

These Mark E Industries Extended Sticks attach to the 7/8” end of the Standard Pre-Pitch Sticks. They are for use in shower areas where the walls are more than 36” (but less than 72”) from the floor drain. Sticks measure 7/8” to 1-5/8” taper x 36” long. Sold 4 per package. Screws and tape included.

Universal Center Ring
The Mark E Industries Quick Pitch Universal Center Ring is designed to accommodate 2” and 3” shower drains, square drain risers and most other specialty shower drains. The center ring comes with two inserts 2” and 3” to match the threaded riser portion of the drain with a 6”(inside) diameter top ring to accommodate the square or over sized drains which to attach the Quick Pitch Standard float sticks.
The Extra Float Stick Kit XFS-101.2 is recommended for use with this ring.
